Water Quality & Hydrology

• The proposed project will contribute pollutants to and impact water quality objectives in the already-impaired Tijuana River Watershed.

• Groundwater supplies and drainage patterns are also sensitive, and damage could lead to soil erosion and run-off pollution.

• Wetlands in the area are impacted by the development and operations of a rock quarry.
