Although the Public Review and Comment period closed on 8/10/2020, comments still may be submitted to the County of San Diego. County staff will not be legally required by CEQA to respond to the comments but we expect planning staff still will consider and respond to all comments received.
We are awaiting a revised timeline from the SD County Planning & Development Services.
